I am in the process of developing a page here that will provide information for people looking to rent and who would like to bring their pets.

Hopefully, it will be completed by the end of January.

1) answering questions about pets at the property.

During 2024 many visitors came with their pets.

I had some very good reviews and there were no known problems.

I now intend to promote Sea Edge as 'dog friendly'.

The beach is dog-friendly at all times of the year.

Local people drive to the car park half a mile from Sea Edge and will be seen walking along the beach. 

There is also a coastal footpath that runs the length of the coastline,  Very popular with dog walkers.

3) Garden facilities and security.

The garden at Sea Edge is just under an acre. Three sides have mainly wooden fences. 

The beach side of the plot has a fairly thick hedge along half its length, the other half is open.

The fences are not new, there are pedestrian gates.

The garden can not be called secure for pets,

I am looking at/considering obtaining some dog-proof temporary fencing,

Three points that concern me.

Some guests might not want temporary fencing, so there will be a situation of erecting the fencing for some visitors.

Because it is temporary, there will be an issue with whether it will satisfactorily contain 100% of dogs.

I would not want to take responsibility, so it would be the pet's owners that would have to install the fence. 

I will take some photos that identify the above issues and post them here to assist you in deciding if it is suitable for your dog.
